Missouri River Mobile RV Repair

Unresponsive. Tried to have some work done, didn’t have all of the parts then basically didn’t hear from him again. Multiple phone calls and texts with no replies. Absolutely do not recommend.

Worked on my 5th wheel last fall. Got part of it repaired and said he would finish in the spring. I've been calling for 3 weeks with no response. Not even the courtesy to let me know he can't get the work done for whatever reason

We had Doug come to our location in Boulder Mt. While he seemed to be able to diagnose the 3 issues we had he no parts to fix 3 out of the 3. On the third issues which was the connection between the 5th wheel and truck he was "98%" positive the pins were just bent a bit and attempted to straighten them out. The trailer disconnect/trailer connect constant dinging did not reproduce while the truck,/ camper were sitting still. Assumed it was fixed however the minute we pulled a few days later the dinging started immediately. Grrrr. Get to listen to ithe ding now for the next 2550 miles to florida. Contacted him and he did say to bring it to him and he would look at it again but as he doesn't carry much for parts what would be the point of that and we were already headed south. So for $240 we had nothing fixed. He knew via phone 2 out 3 issues prior to coming and didn't come prepared. Would not recommend

We are trailer camping at Canyon Ferry & our Water heater won't stay lite. I called Missouri River Mobile RV Repair after hours expecting to leave a message. Doug answered, was out at noon the next day, had a new circuit board on his truck - 3 YEAR Warranty part, unheard of in the RV world. Hard working & great guy!! Hard to find quality, professional and knowledgeable folks these days. Doug is this guy!!!!!

Doug is the best. My generator wouldn’t start just before I was due to hit Yellowstone. He was there the same day but unable to fix the problem despite a lot of genuine effort. He needed to order a spare part that his supplier didn’t have. Knowing I was on a tight time frame for departure, he found another suppler the following morning and made it happen later that day. Can’t thank Doug enough and I highly recommend his services to anyone.
